Black stamping polish with a slower, tackier dry. That extra open time makes picking up the image and lining up layers more forgiving, which is why the supplier files it as a beginner polish, and it doubles as the glue layer for foils and pigments.
10 ml, brush applicator. Stamp as normal, give it about 30 seconds to set, then press on foil or dust on pigment for a clean transfer. It also stamps on its own as an ordinary colour.
