Terms of service
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.
"We", "us" and "Studio Supply Co" mean the business trading under the registered business name Studio Supply Co., ABN 52 695 233 869.
1. Who we are
Studio Supply Co is an Australian stockist of Clear Jelly Stamper nail-art products. We hold stock in Australia and ship domestically. We are an independent reseller: Clear Jelly Stamper is a separate company and is not a party to these terms and not responsible for this website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm the details you give us are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
3. Prices and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Studio Supply Co is not currently registered for GST. No GST is charged on your order, the prices shown are the full amount payable for the goods, and we cannot issue a tax invoice showing a GST component. If we register for GST in future we will update this page and our pricing before it takes effect.
Shipping is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.
4. Pricing and description errors
We take care with prices and product information, but mistakes happen. If we discover a material error in the price or description of something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.
We are not obliged to supply goods at an incorrect price, and displaying a price on the site is an invitation to treat rather than a binding offer.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. An order confirmation email acknowledges we received your order; it is not acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel an order where:
- the item is out of stock;
- there was a pricing or description error;
- we suspect fraud or an unauthorised payment method; or
- we cannot deliver to the address given.
If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
6. Stock and product variation
Stock is limited and can sell out between you adding an item to your cart and paying for it. If we cannot fill part of your order we will contact you and refund that part.
Product photography is supplied by the manufacturer and is intended to show the designs on a plate rather than to be an exact colour match. Stamped results vary considerably with the polish, base colour, stamper and technique used — variation of this kind is not a fault.
7. Delivery and risk
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and once a parcel is with the carrier its timing is outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If you ask a carrier to leave a parcel unattended in an authority-to-leave instruction, you accept the risk of loss or damage after it is left.
8. Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Intellectual property
"Clear Jelly Stamper", the product designs, plate artwork and the manufacturer's product photography belong to Clear Jelly Stamper and are used here to sell their products. Our own site content — layout, written copy and branding — is ours.
You may not copy, resell or redistribute any of it without permission, and you may not reproduce plate designs commercially. Buying a plate buys you the plate and the right to use it on nails, including in a salon; it does not transfer any rights in the artwork.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or scrape it systematically. We may suspend access if you do.
11. Product safety and intended use
These are cosmetic products for external use on nails. Follow the manufacturer's directions and warnings. Keep polish, thinner and top coats away from children, keep them away from heat and flame, and stop using a product if you have a reaction to it. Stamping plates have etched metal edges — handle them carefully.
We do not give medical advice. If you have a reaction, see a doctor or pharmacist.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can lawfully be limited, our liability for a product is limited, at our option, to replacing it, supplying an equivalent, or refunding what you paid.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or business, arising from your use of this site or our products.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information, including the fact that it is stored overseas. It forms part of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
