Getting a reply

We answer within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday. If you are writing about an existing order, include your order number and we will get to it faster. If your parcel looks damaged, photograph the packaging and the contents before unpacking any further and attach the photos — it makes a carrier claim far easier to resolve.
