Stamping polish is hyper-pigmented on purpose, and that same formula thickens over time as its solvents evaporate. Thinner replaces what has gone and restores the consistency.
Add a few drops, then roll the bottle between your hands rather than shaking it - shaking puts bubbles in, and bubbles ruin a transfer. Repeat in small increments until it lifts properly again.
